Hi! I’m Becky, and I work with women who are experiencing pivotal mid-life changes that make them question who they are, what they want, and which direction to take their lives next.

Life transitions can be sudden, scary, sad, nerve-wracking– but they can also be invitations to live and love more fully: to let go of beliefs, stories, and habitual ways of being that keep you stuck in relationships, roles, and patterns that drain you. This is your chance to create space to connect with your own wisdom and to move towards a life that feels happy, balanced, and aligned.

My philosophy: We are multidimensional beings with many thoughts, emotions, and ways of experiencing life. As your coach, I will welcome all parts of you with kindness and without judgment as we begin to identify your beliefs, stories, and habitual ways of being that keep you stuck in the status quo. In my experience, feeling stuck happens when one part of you wants to move forward, but another part of you is afraid of what you stand to lose (even if you stand to gain so much more).

 In my work with clients, we invite every part of you to the table so you can build a deep understanding of who you are and what you want (and go after it with confidence). Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches invite your presence, awareness, and non-judgmental acceptance while connecting to your body’s cues and wisdom. Internal Family Systems (IFS) encourages you to welcome all parts with curiosity and compassion while expanding access to Core-Self qualities like clarity, creativity, and confidence.
