Nature of Coaching Services

Flourish Life Coaching for Soul-Aligned Transitions provides professional life-coaching services grounded in mindfulness, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed approaches for adult clients.

Coaching is:

  • Educational, reflective, and supportive

  • Focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and life transitions

Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention, and does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition.

Coaching should not be considered a substitute for licensed mental-health therapy, medical advice, or other professional services.

Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are solely responsible for their emotional well-being, choices, actions, and outcomes.

  • Coaching does not make decisions on their behalf.

  • They will seek appropriate professional assistance for mental or physical health needs beyond the scope of coaching.

  • They participate voluntarily and at their own discretion.

Eligibility

Services are available to:

  • Adults aged 18 and older only

We do not offer services to minors.

Confidentiality

We honor your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during individual coaching sessions is treated as private and is not disclosed without your consent, except when:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is risk of serious harm to you or others

For group coaching, confidentiality cannot be legally guaranteed due to multiple participants. Clients agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of fellow group members

  • Keep all shared experiences confidential

Flourish Life Coaching for Soul-Aligned Transitions cannot be responsible for confidentiality breaches by group participants.

Personal Information

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Cancellations & Scheduling

At this time, sessions are scheduled manually via direct communication.

Cancellations or reschedules should be requested as early as possible. Any session-specific policies regarding missed appointments or cancellation windows will be communicated directly upon scheduling.

Payments

Currently, payments are coordinated directly and offline. Terms regarding session pricing, packages, or group enrollment fees are communicated individually at the time of enrollment or booking.

No Guarantees

Results from coaching vary from person to person depending on personal commitment and life circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in coaching services.

Limitation of Liability

By using coaching services or this website, you agree that Flourish Life Coaching for Soul-Aligned Transitions is not liable for any decisions you make or outcomes that result from coaching.

You further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Flourish Life Coaching for Soul-Aligned Transitions from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Participation in coaching sessions

  • Use of website materials

  • Emotional or physical responses related to somatic or reflective practices
